As a Senior Data/Product Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering data products that meet the needs of various product domains within our organization. You will be responsible for ensuring that these products adhere to agreed standards and leverage cutting-edge technology. Your expertise will help coordinate and enforce best practices, enabling stakeholders to perform self-service analytics and reporting efficiently. In this position you will be closely collaborating with product managers, embedded product analysts and data engineers. WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
Produce overarching data products for use across product domains, ensuring alignment with agreed standards and technology
Coordinate and enforce best practices in the production of data products, tailored to meet stakeholders’ specific needs
Empower embedded product analysts and their stakeholders to utilize self-service analytics and reporting tools, including the maintenance of these tools
Maintain trust in our data products by defining and implementing customized data quality tests
Streamline central reporting initiatives originating from embedded product analytics teams, ensuring consistency and efficiency
Continuously assess the impact of our data products and make necessary adjustments to enhance their effectiveness
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Have 4+ years of relevant working experience in a data-intensive analytics role where you learned how to work with raw data, such as in AnalyticsOps, Digital Analytics, Product Analytics, or Business Intelligence, preferably in e-commerce
BA/BS or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science or similar
Have experience working with a diverse range of stakeholders and have excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong proficiency with SQL - based languages, preferably in BigQuery or Redshift
Are proficient in Python or similar programming languages for data transformation and analyses
Have experience working with dbt and Airflow
Have experience in data modeling, developing data pipelines and data visualization
Additionally, it would be preferred if you:
Have experience in tracking and analysis of onsite user behavior (for example using Google Analytics or a similar service)
Are familiar with dashboarding tools, such as Tableau or MicroStrategy
Have experience working with data quality tools
