Zalando’s newly formed Inspiration and Entertainment venture is seeking a dynamic and experienced Creator Growth and Experience Manager - Entertainment. This new team will focus on embracing the future of online retail, where every click unveils a new chapter in its evolution. In this exciting role, you will leverage your expertise to shape the future of content creation on our platform and build a bridge between Zalando’s Creator Ecosystem and the educational tools needed to integrate inspiration and entertainment content into our shopping environment, engaging the next generation of fashion, beauty, and lifestyle shoppers.
As part of this venture, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the adoption, engagement, and development of content creators through innovative tools that empower them to bring their best work to life.
As Creator Growth and Experience Manager - Entertainment, you will collaborate with a fast-paced, cross-functional team, including Creator Management, Talent and Brand Partnerships, Editorial, Product marketing, Communications, Creator Tooling and Content Innovation Teams, to craft and deliver compelling creator experiences by developing the right educational materials and workflows that enable creators to thrive in this new environment. Your mission will be to onboard and educate creators, ensuring they are fully equipped to succeed in our ecosystem by facilitating seamless integration and supporting their growth and engagement across multiple markets.
WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING):
Drive Creator Engagement & Growth: Create and implement strategies for onboarding, educating, and supporting content creators across multiple markets. Ensure that they are fully equipped to succeed and grow within the Zalando ecosystem by building strong processes and resources that foster their development and engagement.
Streamline Creator Education: Lead the development and scaling of a unified approach to creator education across the organisation, ensuring that all tiers of creators receive the necessary support and tools to thrive.
Engage Creator Tiers: Tailor engagement strategies and educational content to meet the unique needs of different creator tiers, from micro- to high-profile creators, ensuring each group is supported effectively within Zalando’s ecosystem.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams across creator management, talent and brand partnerships, product marketing, communications, creator tooling and content innovation to create educational resources and experiences that empower creators.
Build Scalable Workflows: Establish scalable and sustainable processes for creator experiences, and growth that can be implemented across multiple markets.
Support Content Innovation: Help identify new content formats and strategies that feel native to Zalando’s entertainment-led creator environment and contribute to the company’s broader entertainment goals.
Provide Continuous Feedback: Act as a key liaison between creators and internal teams, providing feedback on creator needs, content trends, and potential improvements to workflows and tools.
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF:
You have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience managing and growing content creators in a digital or media environment (fashion, beauty, and lifestyle are a plus): You’ve successfully developed and nurtured creator partnerships, helping them grow their presence and impact in the digital landscape. Your experience enables you to identify growth opportunities and build meaningful relationships that contribute to both the creators' and the platform’s success.
You have a strong understanding of creator ecosystems and the tools and processes that enable creator success: You are well-versed in the infrastructure that supports creators, and can leverage data-driven insights to optimise their workflow. You know what tools, platforms, and support systems are needed to help creators thrive and scale their impact.
You thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, managing multiple projects with different stakeholders: You are comfortable working in dynamic settings, balancing various priorities and coordinating across teams. Your ability to manage complexity and maintain focus ensures that projects are delivered on time while aligning with overall goals.
You are passionate about content innovation and enjoy collaborating with internal teams to deliver inspiring and engaging experiences: You’re driven by the desire to innovate in the content space, seeking new ways to engage audiences and elevate the experience.
You have excellent communication and leadership skills to guide and educate creators at various stages of their careers: You can clearly articulate vision, provide actionable feedback, and inspire creators to reach their full potential. Your leadership fosters an environment where creators feel supported, empowered, and equipped to excel, no matter where they are in their journey.
