As part of our B2C Strategy we want to focus on: differentiating through quality, expanding into further lifestyle propositions, and making fashion discovery more inspiring and entertaining. Sports is one important lifestyle proposition that we want to build upon as it is an increasingly important part of our customers’ lifestyle. As we want to accelerate adoption of our Sports proposition, we are looking for a Finance Business partner (all genders) who will support the dedicated Sports proposition and the General Manager Sports. The role will be reporting into our BFO Director of Customer Propositions.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

  • You’ll work with Sports Proposition Leadership on the long term strategic plan and initiatives.

  • Being responsible for creating business forecasts, producing financial reports and preparing performance analyses including management dashboards to support decision-making. 

  • You will shape the reporting landscape by adapting Fashion-centric analytical formats and ensuring they are fit-for-purpose for Sports.

  • Providing ad-hoc business analytics support to Sports leadership to drive strategic thinking on high impact topics.

  • You’ll challenge commercial metrics, developing hypotheses on how to improve performance, and translating these hypotheses into actionable, data-based insights and recommendations.

  • You have a passion to convert business performance into financial performance

  • Proactive, independent working style with strong strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset 

  • High numerical competence and enthusiasm for data and insights-led decision making

  • Proficiency using data tools including Excel and Google Sheets and Google Slides to visualize your insights.

  • You have strong analytical skills, dive deep into numbers where needed at the same time keep an eye on the bigger picture and connect the dots
