As Engineering Manager for the newly formed data engineering team, you will lead the design and development of Partner Data Foundation products. The team builds Data Products for internal reporting and analytics and data driven decisions, for exporting data and providing business insights to Partners, and for Engineering teams building data centric products. The products built by the team serve various stakeholders - commercial teams, Partner consultants, Business strategy, Engineering, Analytics and Partners directly.
We are in an exciting moment of building a data warehouse from scratch, growing our data teams and exploring innovative approaches towards data usage.

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF YOU HAVE
Have a strong manager track record in recruiting, growing, and leading data engineering teams, with at least 2 years of previous team management
Agile mindset, proactiveness, an iterative approach to problem-solving and adaptability to changing priorities.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in data processing/engineering and BI (e.g. spark, hive, airflow, ...)
Experience in dimensional data modelling and data warehousing
Experience in modern application infrastructure/middleware/libraries like AWS, K8s, PostgreSQL, Spark.
Experience with AI/ML based applications - a strong plus
