THE ROLE & THE TEAM 

 Zeos by Zalando is our B2B division which is currently offering to our partners: Zalando Fulfillment Solutions (ZFS), Zalando Shipping Solutions (ZSS), Zalando Returns Solutions (ZRS) and Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF).  

Our team’s goal is to drive strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, and business intelligence initiatives within the B2B, enabling informed insights and maximizing operational efficiency.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven insights and supporting strategic decision-making processes within the organization. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets, as well as developing actionable recommendations based on your findings. The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, combined with a strong business acumen. 

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)..

As Senior ZFS Analyst you will:

  • Be responsible for conducting comprehensive analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to various business areas, particularly (but not limited to) Logistics and Operations KPIs.

  • Collect, cleanse, and validate large and complex datasets from multiple sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy

  • Utilize advanced analytical techniques, statistical methods, and data visualization tools to interpret and present findings in a clear and meaningful manner

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, sales, finance, logistics) to define business objectives, develop analytical frameworks, and support decision-making processes.

  • This role involves close collaboration with various departments to optimize logistics processes, enhance profitability, and capitalize on market opportunities within the retail supply chain.

  • An important part of the role is to develop and monitor key logistics performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of operations and commercial strategies. But also track and report on metrics such as on-time delivery, order accuracy, and inventory turnover.

  • The ideal candidate will be able to provide actionable recommendations based on analysis to identify opportunities for supply chain optimization and enhancements in customer satisfaction.

WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF...

  • Proven experience in operational and / or logistics analysis, preferably in the B2B, retail or ecommerce  industry.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex insights to diverse stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, data visualization tools, and business intelligence software.

  • Must be fluent in English
