As a senior member of the Corporate Development Team (CDT), you will work on the most complex and challenging opportunities for Zalando and regularly interact with our most senior leaders. In this role, where you will contribute to projects that align with our group strategy, focusing on both B2B and B2C areas. WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
You’ll identify, evaluate, prepare and execute disruptive organic and inorganic growth initiatives for Zalando, focusing on B2B and B2C opportunities.
You’ll partner with business stakeholders to help them accelerate on their ability to deliver on the strategic guidance.
You’ll facilitate the group-wide strategy process, i.e., support reviewing and iterating the group strategy as a thought leader to the extended MB.
You’ll support mentoring highly talented team members and peers to help them grow into future business leaders.
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
You come with 10+ years of working experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., consulting, e-commerce).
You are an analytical problem-solver with a spike in strategic thinking and strong business acumen.
You are an experienced leader with proven project and (executive) stakeholder management skills.
You have a track record of successfully operating and delivering in complex and ambiguous settings.
