Who are we?
Our European logistics network is growing: we are currently in the preparatory phase for the opening of our new location in Giessen (Hesse). The 130,000 square meter, state-of-the-art logistics center will be operated by us and is designed for up to 1,700 employees. Our logistics employees ensure that more than 50 million Zalando customers in over 25 European markets receive their orders reliably every day.
We are a diverse and international team of around 6,000 people from over 100 nations at four Zalando logistics locations in Germany. Teamleiter*in

Department Lead
As a department manager, you will take full responsibility for your team of about 80 employees. You will make operational and personnel decisions and use your analytical skills to optimise processes and drive innovation. Be part of our team from the start to build our new Logistics site with your own ideas!
